HR Manager / HR-administrator

Responsibilities:

  • search and selection of employees for open vacancies;
  • HR administration (admission, dismissal, transfer, vacation);
  • development and drafting of orders;
  • maintaining time records of working hours;
  • filling out sick leave, scheduling leave;
  • reporting to the Employment Center; reports to Statistics (the ability to compose is mandatory), a report to the fund of persons with disabilities;
  • work with FLP (drafting tr. contracts)

Requirements:

  • higher education;
  • relevant experience – from 5 years;
  • deep understanding of the features of FLP management;
  • experience in mass recruitment;
  • sociability, stress resistance

Working conditions:

  • work schedule: 10 – 19;
  • rate +% for closed positions, full social package;
  • location – Solomensky district.
